We recognize that plans change and emergencies occur. And, given the nature of our program, last minute cancellations generally cannot be filled which would result in a budgetary and attendance impact to KTC.
Therefore:
Cancellation after the particular tuition due date has passed with no other participant able to replace, tuition will be forfeited. If a replacement is found in up to two weeks before commencement of the program, half the tuition will be refunded.
Cancellation within two weeks of the particular program will result in forfeiture of the full tuition.
Of course, we will consider the plight of those suffering emergencies who are unable to attend at the very last moment on a person by person basis.
